[Habits either make you or break you] . . Im going to let you in on a personal habit routine that I am in the process of developing as I am writing this post... . . I believe that life as it is right now is simply a result of the daily habits I perform on a consistent basis. . . If I want to implement permanent change, for example, establish a workout regime, first I need to have covered the basics. . . 1. Establish my WHY. Why is it important to me? Do I actually want this? How will it positively/negatively impact other areas of my life? Once I have answered all these questions to the best of my ability then I proceed to establish a habit that will get me closer to achieving my big goal. . . 2. Morning Routine. How you spend the first 10minutes of your morning is a great insight into what your day will look like. Be structured, move with purpose, plan. . . My morning regime consists of first, Morning Ritual. Every morning, then cold shower, then workout, then journaling my goals. WHY? . . This gives me the tools and the focus to get through my day without slipping off track very often. I am able to make quick decisions in the moment because I am clear and certain in the direction I am heading. . . I contribute all my learning and growth to this simple routine, I am still yet to master it but that is what each day is for right? To try and make it better than the one before! . . Now go, live life and never count calories again!
