Current shape. 195 morning weight. The upside of being this weight is that it takes absolutely no effort. Instead of my usual 7-8 meals I’m having 3-5 giving me more time to enjoy life. The downside of being this weight is that I can no longer challenge my PR’s. Fair trade off 🤷🏽‍♂️
