My homemade chicken soup! The secret is in the garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice that I add at the end. Nothing beats it and my kids absolutely love it. Fry 1 chicken breast in a pot with some salt and 7 spices. Then cover with water and cook for a good half hour or until the chicken falls apart. Remove the chicken and stock from the pot and set aside. Chop green onions, celery, carrots. Drizzle some oil in the pot, throw in all the veggies. Stir for a few minutes then add the peas, corn, pasta and chicken. Season as desired, I would do about 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp 7 spices. While this is cooking, prepare the secret mixture :): juice of 1 lemon, 4-5 garlic cloves mashed and drizzle some olive oil. Once the pasta and carrots are cooked, lower the heat to the lowest level and throw in the lemon juice and garlic.
