👉This #tbt is from about a year ago. I have so many feelings about this photo.🤔 . The beautiful lady, the photographer, is 💕DeeAnna. When I coached cross country years ago, she ran with the team. 🏃‍♀️It was a very special time. Running after school with the girls was such a bonding, strengthening and fun experience. . I have watched DeeAnna grow up. She was always gentle, sweet and mature in all that she tackled. She is now the owner of an amazing photography business @pinkpelicanphotography and is married.👏❤️ . 🌸The other good thing I remember about this picture is starting my business and her being a part of it. I remember trying to find ways to represent what I do to help others live their best lives. . I don't remember if I have ever had my makeup done before that day and I so appreciate @spoiledbeauties (Jennifer) for taking care of me. . 😔Another thing I remember is not so good, but has a happy ending. When this picture was taken, I was still teaching full time, taking integrative nutrition classes, health coaching and raising 4 children (3 teens are still at home now). . 😷I was sick with sinus infections and respiratory issues from November to February. I was stressing my system way too much. I also finally gave in to antibiotics to get rid of the sickness, but then messed my gut up for a while. I felt like a fraud helping clients do the things that would make them feel amazing and lose weight when I was feeling horrible. . 😫Everything I share with my clients, I was not doing. I was paying the price for it, too. With stress. no sleep, eating poorly, drinking alcohol and not spending enough time with friends and family, I literally made myself so sick. I compromised my system mentally and physically. . 🙌This year is so different and I am so excited to enjoy Christmas and family. I am taking all my own advice. I am the better version of myself with everything I learn. Life is about improving and getting better every single day. . Lots of real food (mostly veggies), water, movement & exercise, time with family & friends and balance, my friends! . Be well. 🌸🍃🥕🥦💖🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️💦

eu já falei outras vezes do trabalho da minha mãe por aqui :) neste domingo, vamos estar no clube militar, em frente ao parque lage (rj), em uma feira superbacana! vamos expor os arranjos de suculentas e cactos, além dessas luminárias lindinhas <3 ah! um detalhe bem legal: alguns arranjos virão em cachepôs feitos artesanalmente por ela reaproveitando materiais como renda, pano e cimento ♻️ até lá vou postar mais fotos para conhecerem melhor o trabalho. vai ser uma ótima oportunidade para garantir o presente de natal :)
