I just did THREE days of entirely intuitive eating without any tracking whatsoever. WOW. This was this morning when I woke up. I’m still proud of myself right now. I know I’m tired, I just got home from a really long day, and I ate a good amount of food just now. BUT I didn’t stress about it, and I just stopped when I got full. Still unsure whether I will keep this up or not if I’m being honest. But I like it and am impressed with what I’ve done the past three days. I hope I encourage someone else to step out of their own personal norm to try something hard. #lovingmyselfhealthy
