Is this found footage of my first time squatting ever??? Lmk. But seriously, still feel like squats are my weakest lift but I must say they are improving due to forcing myself to do them 2-3 times a week. They for sure FEEL a lot better despite how ridiculous I look but I think I’m getting much better at activating the glooooots and staying on my heels. First clip was my first warmup set, second clip was my first working set, and third clip was deficit rdls. Don’t roast me I’m fragile

Incase you didn't know I was sick for a week and dropped 11Lbs from 175lbs To 164lbs. Now I'm currently sitting at 170lbs and bigger than I was at 175lbs. It was depressing to see myself lose that much weight within a week during my lean bulk. I had to keep my hoodie on for a few weeks in the gym until I got back lol. This feeling of lost Is what triggered me to go even harder. I humbled myself and stepped out of my comfort zone. Lately for the first time I been adding more hypertrophy and Isolation workouts to focus my weak points after my strength training/compound exercises.
