Don’t play victim to the circumstances you created 😬 This is probably going to stir the pot a bit but I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for some tough love that I was given so here me out! . You have to stop letting your excuses get in the way of what you want! It is not because you can’t wake up early or stay up late, it’s not because you’ve been with the kids all day, it’s not because you don’t have enough money, it’s not because you can’t stop eating the sweet treats, it is because you don’t want it, it is because you don’t want to make it a priority, it is because you don’t want succeed! The thought makes you feel good but actually doing the grit and the hard work helps the excuses over ride any other thought! I promise you I’m saying this out of loveeeeee ❤️ . One year ago, I let the excuses get in the way of my success, the I’m too tired to meal prep excuse , the I’m just going to starve myself skinny excuse, the I don’t have money to spend on anything else excuse. So I know the struggle .. I do! The only difference is in my head .. at the beginning of 2017 I laid my excuses down, realized the only way to get LASTING RESULTS would be to make myself a priority and change my mindset so that my excuses would be demolished by my determination! And that is how I’ve gotten to where I am at today! . Sorry if that stung a little 🤷🏽‍♀️ but someone’s gotta keep it real with you!
