Yesterday, I had an unplanned rest day so today is Phase ✌🏽 Day ☝🏽 And helllllllloooo BOOTY DAY!!!! . . . . Badonkadonk. 🍑. Backside. Whatever you call it. Sweet baby, this workout worked out different and more muscles than Phase one it felt. I don’t even know but holy moly.... all completed in my living TG because this workout was complete late today after the gym would be closed. Win. ‼️ATTENTION QUITTERS‼️ Yeah I’m talking to you. If you get through this post it’s becuse you’ve quit at least one thing in your life. I work in the fitness ✨ industry, every day I deal with not only business partners, but people trying to obtain their health goals. Want to know the rate of quitters? In my business so far between 80-90 percent. 😱😱 I have coaches who quit before they see any success because- for one 1️⃣ they think that success comes overnight, two 2️⃣ because they aren’t willing to put in the work, three 3️⃣ because well they have practiced quitting and let it manifest in everything great they touch. 🎤 ⬇️ Now, when it comes to people trying to get fit or just healthy it’s the same story. Maybe they’re not trying to build a business, but realize that for the rest of their lives they have to make a decision what to put in their mouth and if they’re going to workout that day. ...... That’s a hard pill to swallow. Does this sound harsh? Does it sound too mean?! Recognize how you took the above text. After you start your journey you sometimes forget how far you've come. Literally I would not recognize myself in the first picture if I didn't have that picture. Before - I used to think oh I only gained a few pounds. I haven't gained too much in college until I bought a scale and realized I gained 25 lbs and more in college. If you have been following me or know me, I used to drink like no other. I'm talking every weekend and during the week, why not?! I used to eat late at night before going to bed especially after drinking. I lived on ramen and Mac and cheese, easy and cheap. What's the worst that could happen?! I never realized how bad it affected me until it was "too late". It happened overnight it seemed but we all know it doesn't happen overnight. My skin used to be real bad because of my lifestyle so I'd wear tons of makeup and etc to cover it. I'd still try to wear my "smaller" clothes because I was in denial. I decided in 2012 to change my lifestyle but never stuck to it until these past two years.. This year I took charge with a new program and said I was never going to look back or gain it back because I started caring about my health more. Today picture- this makes me so proud of myself it is insane. I am much healthier. I am more active, I mean working out is my hobby now. Haha. Never would have thought I'd love working out but home workouts have made it possible. The workouts are fun. They are quick when you don't have much time. We all know life happens so less than a hour workouts are right up my alley. I love it so much I decided to become a coach for the company. I believe in this that much because it has taught me how to portion control myself and that working out does work! Alright...if you're reading this, then I want to let you know that the time for excuses is over. Excuses are garbage🗑 and you need to kick yours to the curb. I was always that person that would make excuses for eating badly or skipping my workouts by saying "It's fine, I'll start my diet next Monday", or "I'll just be lazy the whole weekend and then I'll start working out on Monday". But Monday would come, and nothing changed🙅. I would find another excuse to keep putting it off. YOU need to stop doing what I did. And you should stop today, k? Don't put off being a healthier version of yourself another day, another week, another month.
