My favorite way to wake up as a kid was to grandma’s biscuits and gravy. So I finally gave it a shot with vegan sausage, a little flour, soy milk and salt and pepper. No real recipe, just add it as you go, like grandma would have. 😊

Cover the eggs with water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, turn heat off, cover and rest (on hot burner) for 8-10 minutes. Run under cold water and break off the shells. Cut the eggs into small pieces. Mash the avocados. Mash the avocados in a bowl with the back of a large wooden spoon until mostly smooth. Mix and serve. Mix the eggs with the avocados, herbs, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil if you need it. Serve immediately at room temperature, or chill and serve cold.

I ❤️ a protein-packed oatmeal on a cold day❄️ recipe: heat 1/2 cup @bobsredmill oats with 1 cup of water, pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg on the stove until cooked throughout (5-10 min.) then i added 1tbsp flax, 1/2 scoop vanilla chai protein powder and almond milk until the consistency of the oatmeal is the way i like it! Topped with: 1/2 banana, chia seeds, spoonful of almond butter, @purely_elizabeth granola, cinnamon and honey!
