Comment from Himnit Sidhu:

I still remember: I was in my undergrad & had finished reading this book at 3 in the morning. I put the book down, closed my eyes, and decided to leave. Where for? I didn’t know. Just had to leave the confines of a home-ly world. I had almost packed my bag by the time my (unfortunately) sane friends convinced me to stay for then. I was promised that “we’ll do it together”. That never happened, of course. But this book provoked the wild child in me like few things have ever done. Till date, the songs from the motion picture stir up a quiet rebellion in me. • Remembering Christopher Johnson McCandless today; the young kid who dared to see life raw and up close. Thank you.

“In the end, just three things matter: How well we have lived How well we have loved How well we have learned to let go” -Jack Kornfield 🙏🏻 Make a special note to determine the amount of love you bring into your life daily. Are you cultivating more joy and compassion into your life? Those are side effects of loving every thought and action. Learning to let go of what is no longer serving you is crucial to optimal performance and overall well being. This is a daily practice. Our thoughts and intentions ripple out waves into the universe that manifest accordingly. Be mindful about every single thought and action you take. The proof is in the pudding. Are you feeling alive?! Awake?! Ready to take on the world. Every day you have the opportunity to move closer to your goals and aspirations. Veganism, raw foods, yoga and meditation are some of the most profound tools to unlock life’s full potential. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions or share your journey. Blessings 🙏🏻

Comment from Kate Middleton:

Perhaps our dreams are there to be broken, and our plans are there to crumble, and our tomorrows are there to dissolve into todays, and perhaps all of this is all a giant invitation to wake up from the dream of separation, to awaken from the mirage of control, and embrace whole-heartedly what is present. Perhaps it is all a call to compassion, to a deep embrace of this universe in all its bliss and pain and bitter-sweet glory. Perhaps we were never really in control of our lives, and perhaps we are constantly invited to remember this, since we constantly forget it. Perhaps suffering is not the enemy at all, and at its core, there is a first-hand, real-time lesson we must all learn, if we are to be truly human, and truly divine. Perhaps breakdown always contains breakthrough. Perhaps suffering is simply a right of passage, not a test or a punishment, nor a signpost to something in the future or past, but a direct pointer to the mystery of existence itself, here and now. Perhaps life cannot go 'wrong' at all. -Jeff Foster . 📷 @kalyjarain . . #trusttheprocess #theuniversehasyourback

Tomorrow my son turns one. His first year has been quite different than that of his sister's. If I'm honest, I feel like he has had to compete for attention and time. While I do have mom guilt over some if that, I do realize much of it is inevitable. I hope that it helps him become resilient and focused. Already he is sharp, vocal, and determined. I love this boy fiercely; happy birthday my sweet snuggle boy ❤️❤️❤️ . . . . . #raiseawildchild #raisingkidswild #wildchild #iwasbornwild #wildandfree #wildandfreechildren #runwildmychild #wildtime #naturekids #naturebaby #children_outdoors #kidsoftheoutdoors #outdoorkids #outdoorswithkids #freerangekids

.. I tried to fight battles myself, on my own. From the world's to my own souls.. I hadn't realized that this whole time I was missing one piece.. one important weapon.. . . So I stumbled upon a verse like God's timing, perfect; "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" exodus 14:14 And I froze.. my eyes drowned in their own sea as I felt the walls inside me collapse..🍃 I heard it around me "relax" "be patient" but I couldn't hold still, I didn't know how to. So I was forced to learn. God's reasoning may not always be clear or at reach, but it is trustworthy. His love, his promise, his way.. He is trustworthy. . . So if you stand like me, if you relate to any of this.. no matter what your situation is, I'm here to stand with you, because together.. is better ❤ Have a blessed week everyone. #petites #fashion #ootd #sanfrancisco #california . . #f21sdspringgiveaway #happiness #sunshine #floralprint #fashionista #wanderlust #lifestyle #instagood #positivevibes #ilovefashion #floralprinteverything #wildchild #radiatelove #katespadea #chiccode #stylish #cool #classy #streetchic #ootd #vscocamyou #fashionblogger #instafashion #fashionable #fashionblog #fashionstyle
